To support our team in İstanbul, we are looking to recruit a Project Procurement Specialist (Logistic & Crane).

General Qualifications:

• University degree in technic related studies civil or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in international procurement environments
• Experience in procurement of project logistics, cranes and installation needed
• Master’s degree in the fields stated above will be an asset
• Excellent command of the English language, German language is plus
• Good knowledge in MS Office / SAP
• Analytic mentality, meaning the skill and willingness to analyze functional issues in a systematic procedure, analyzing the actual and target status in order to recognize reasons for deviations
• Flexibility & Initiative, meaning the skill and willingness to handle changes openly and constructively and to be willing to propose amendments
• Integrated mentality, meaning the skill and willingness to think in complex procedures and to recognize superordinate coherences
• Communication skills, meaning the skill and willingness, to listen to others, treating contacts in an appropriate manner and expressing oneself structurally and concisely
• High level of flexibility and geographical mobility as well as willingness to frequently go on international business trips 
• Interested in working in an international and highly dynamic environment
• Communicative person and team player
• In possession of driver´s license
• Military service completed for male candidates 

Job Description:

•        Ensure supplier selection based on total cost perspective (TCO)
•        Carry out Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiations
•        Lead contractual negotiations and closure
•        Supplier development in the region with respect to the category strategy
•        Coordination of project delivery and -time schedules
•        Supplier relationship management
•        Market analysis and analysis of country specific regulations and applicable law
•        Monitoring of market-, product- and costdevelopments
•        Support of the Category Management in implementation and execution of their global category strategies in accordance with the ENERCON strategy
•        Support of communication between globally and regionally responsible buyers
•         Contribution to design of international procurement processes and organizational setup
•         Execution of international make, cooperate or buy analyses, preparation and support for presentation of analysis results
