System Analyst

We are looking for ‘’System Analyst’’ for our customer which one is working Banking sector. 

 Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering,Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or equivalent from anaccredited university, 
• Fluency in spoken and written English, 
• Min 3 years of experience in analysis andapplication design on a banking or enterprise system , 
• Strong organizational and planning skills, 
• Good command of data analysis using Excel and SQL query, 
• Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, 
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnership a widevariety of stakeholders. 
• Requires solid analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, 
• Ability to maintain requirements, enabling requirement traceability through the SDLC processes, 
• Experience in at least one of the Project and Portfolio Management Tools. 
• Experience in at least one of the Test Management Tools is desirable. 
• Provide recommendations on technical designs to improve development processes. 
• Develop expertise on understanding concepts varying from global business requirements to global technical solutions to meet those requirements. 
• Gain end to end understanding of operational processes and data flow of business processes. 
• Troubleshoot and make recommendations to resolveroot causes of issues reported by stakeholders. 
• Orchestrate multiple projects and priorities andreprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives. 
• Identify and define technical concepts in detailand elaborate those to come up with an excelled system that implements thosefindings. 
• Perform cost-benefit and impact analyses with the help of detailed database queries and document tangible findings in orderto evaluate the proposed designs and solutions. 
• Having high responsibility along with excellentcoordination and teamwork skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsincluding experience in presenting complex data and solutions.
• Competence in reading and writing code is a plus. 
• Military service must be completed (for malecandidates).
