Customer Care Specialist (1-Year Contract)

Principal Accountabilities

• Process and execute orientation and handover procedures.
• Provide customers with all information related to a smooth Property transfer period, organise notary transactions, follow up on bank documents and make sure the title deed transfer is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer handover history in hard and soft copy versions.
• Monitor updates and usage of Milestones in Oracle.
• Provide status update to customers for pending / ongoing cases
• Follow up and coordinate customer complaints and service requests received through e-mail and phone calls with related departments and resolve issues within specified timelines as per priorities.
• Provide internal coordination with Accounts, Sales, After sales, Finance and Legal Departments to ensure that Exceptions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. 
• Encourage customers to provide feedback by return email
• Ensure that the filing and archiving in the Storeroom are organized.
• Attend to walk-in customers with their queries or requests at the front desk reception area as and when required. 

Qualifications & Experience

•  Bachelor Degree from related departments. Tourism, Sociology, Psychology majors are preferred
• Good communication skills & proficiency in Turkish and English. Farsi knowledge is a plus. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer services
• Strong inter-personal and organising skills, problem-solving abilities.
