Atlantis Water Parks and Pool Systems is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Having a desire to work in a niche and challenging sector known as the water park entertainment industry,
• Having a Bachelor's degree, Engineering department preferred.
• Preferably, experience in project sales,
• Having strong will to pursue a sales career,
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and especially MS Excel,
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support and assist in global and local sales activities of the Sales Manager,
• Handle administrative duties related to the effective management of the global sales team,
• Perform data entry tasks for sales figures and metrics,
• Prepare regular reports and gather information,
• Execute operational activities related to major international expos in the industry when necessary,
• Communicate with prospects and customers under the guidance of Sales Manager,
• Follow up on proposals, orders, and advance payments,
• Maintain internal communication with various departments of the company,
• Schedule customer meetings and conference calls when necessary,
• Perform similar tasks as needed. These tasks may vary depending on the types of global projects.
