Senior Android Developer

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join to one of our business partners working on business management software.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Curating well desined, resuable, testable, clean and serviceable code
• Establishing a strong engineering culture by effortlessly analyzing, designing, testing, debugging and documenting in every aspect of any project lifecycle 
• Helping to build and follow-up software development lifecycle systematic
• Leveraging Service Oriented Architecture to create API’s, micro API’s, libraries and frameworks 
• Collaborating with product and technical teams than can be internal or external and share vision with and get valuable insights on product/service requirements by these stakeholders 
• Searching, identifying and developing new technologies to incorporate in future the firm products/services; and sharing know-how with team members.

We expect you to bring in:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of recent hands-on software development experience. 
• Excellent Java/Kotlin programming skills
• Experience in Android platform and Mobile Application Architecture
• Experience in Google Play Store deployment and version management
• Hands-on experience on MVP (Model-View-Presenter)
• Hands-on experience in Git Flow, preferanbly Bitbucket
• Strong leadership skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish for engineering and product design communication.

Experience, knowledge or interest in other technologies is a plus:

• Object Oriented Programming
• MVVM (Model-view-viewmodel)
• RxJava2 and/or RxAndroid
• Dependency Injection (Dagger 2)
• SQLite
• ORM dB structures, preferably Room dB
• Android Default Camera API
• Android Job Scheduler (Job Queue) and/or Work Manager
