GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• To lead the projects in serial life in our Technical Department, our 100% French-owned company producing Electronic Sensors for the automotive sector,
  
• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
  
• Good command of English and / or French,
  
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Automotive Industry and/or Project Management,
  
• With ISO / TS 16949 quality system knowledge,
  
• Demonstrated leadership talent to provide direction, motivation and insights to the project team members
  
• A good track record at estimating budgets and schedules and delivering on them
  
• Ability and willingness to handle change
  
• Problem Solving Skills
  
• Can use MS Office
  
• Communication and coordination skills improved,
  
• Aptitude for team work, innovation and development are open,
  
• No restriction for abroad travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company operates in the Automotive Industry sector; we are looking for a colleague to work as a Plastic Injection Expert who;

• Will manage Serial Projects in accordance with quality system policy,
  
• Carry out technical developments to come in and out of Internal and External customer complaints
  
• Manage of relations with the various actors (customer, production, Project team and Project managers, subcontractors)
  
• Will pilot the phases of conception, realization, and delivery during the modifications of the project
  
• Will lead Product & Process changement process
  
• Report OEEs and follow the update of production rates in the ERP system
  
• Manage the productivity projects and actions
  
• Lead capital equipment purchases and installations
  
• Be a part in KAIZEN studies to increase production quality, improve working conditions and reduce costs.
  
• Will lead process improvement team.
