• University or Vocational Degree 
  
• Good knowledge on written and spoken English 
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programmes 
  
• Analytical, result oriented, can work in fast paced environment 
  
• Experience in the same position is preferred 
  

Job Description 

• Manage all national and international incoming and outgoing calls
  
• Organising and supporting executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travels 
  
• Support administration affairs
  
•  Provide information to callers 
  
• Manage the travel plan of employees; hotel and transportation organizations 
  
• Represents ELDOR by welcoming visitors 
  
• Manage cargo traffic 
  
• Organizing relevant meeting rooms
