Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience at least 5 years team management experiences in Quality Management System at automotive industry
• Excellent knowledge of IATF 16949
• Excellent knowledge of quality core tools
• Has excellent knowledge of internal audit and VDA 6.3 auditing
• Good comment of English both spoken and written
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Contributes to definition and improvement of the quality management system
• Supports process owners to ensure that corporate procedures are understood and deployed correctly
• Supports process owners to ensure that local procedures are developed according to corporate guidelines and in harmony with corporate procedures and are deployed and maintained correctly
• Analyses and suggests changes to the organizational processes to improve efficiency and quality of the service provided to customer (internal /external) and in compliance with standards and other requirements of the system (IATF 16949, customer requirement)
• Managing the documentation system and local KPIs management,
• Managing quality system and process internal audits and the third part audit, supports customer audits.
