Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar/other relevant education.
• Minimum 2 years experience in required qualifications
• Experience in metal industry as an advantage
• IATF 16949 and core tools experience – SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP would be considered as an advantage
• Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office package
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Strong team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
• Good verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
• Analytic expertise and attention to detail
• Male candidates to have no military obligation
• Live/Willing to live in İstanbul European Side

Responsibilities

• Take part in improvement projects.
• Develop new ideas and practices to make production more efficient.
• Observe and control all quality processes inside and outside the factory and to plan and implement improvements to ensure that the processes are more effective and efficient.
• Make necessary works for the adoption of quality awareness by the employees.
• Take an active role in the management of customer complaints.
• Take measures to improve product quality.
• Plan and conduct APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC activities.
• Prepare, manage and follow up documentation in line with the coordination between units.
• IATF16949, ISO 14001 To support the operation, development and effectiveness of quality and environmental systems.
• Report the production and quality indicators to the manager at regular intervals
