We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Process Engineer in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (Interviews will be conducted in English)
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in a related position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Analytical thinking, well organized and strong commitment
• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
• Self-motivated and having a business mind-set and high energy
• Good communication and team work skills
• Able to work with international teams with global mind-set
• Having ability to take roles, lead in programs and projects
• Having no obstacle to travel abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out standardization studies to standardize processes and machines
• Determining the need for improvement of the machinery and equipment in the existing production lines and monitoring the investments
• To monitor the performance of the machines in production and to take actions to solve the problems encountered
• Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date of all process documents and to provide the necessary training
• To carry out the practices for increasing productivity and reducing costs
• To carry out quality and process improvement works. Perform root analysis and corrective action plans when necessary
• To ensure coordination between departments and manage projects
• To follow key performance indicators (KPIs) defined for the processes and to take necessary actions for the objectives
• Assembling and commissioning new machines or existing machine revisions
• Ensure that the blue collar workers is doing their job correctly
