Required Skills

- To Graduate from Law Faculty Universities,

- To have minimum 5-7 year experience in similar positions,

- To have minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of Labor Law, Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Real Estate Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law,

- To have experienced in Contract Law,

- To have knowledge and experience about the Protection of Personal Data Law and compliance studies,

- To be able to make forensic correspondence with official and private institutions,

-Good knowledge of MS Office and active using,

- To have analytical thinking, high sense of responsibility, follower,

- To have able to work teamwork, strong human relations and communication skills,

- To have advanced time management skills with the ability to plan and organize,

- Be able to flexible on working hours ,

- Having daily and weekly detailed reporting,

- Good knowledge in English, preferably knowledge in Law English,

- No military obligation for male candidates .

Job description

Follow up of lawsuits and execution files filed against or in favor of group companies,

-  To prepare of case files, clear and updated instructions to the relevant company management,

-  To Monitor and coordinate outsourcing law office,

- To prepare periodic and instant reports requested by the top management,

- To organize Carrying out legal disputes, mediation activities,

- Directing the relevant departments for updating the related information and monitoring the compliance of the company with the operation and practices according to Personal Data Protection Law,

- Directing the relevant units by following the current legislation,

- Providing legal opinions that may be requested by the relevant departments,

- Carrying out all processes arising from labor law,

- To represent in the meeting relevant company participating in trade union negotiations,

- To coordinate with the corporate communication department to provide legal support for the protection of intellectual property rights of group companies.

We are looking for a teammate who will be assigned full-time / part time in the factory management building of our group company, who can deal with the activities of the Group Companies and will operate in the “LAWYER” position.
