International Sales Responsible

As a leading organization in security sector, we are looking for anInternational Sales Responsible, to be employed in Head Office in Sancaktepe/İstanbul. This role will be responsible for sales process in accordance with the technical specifications and consistent with the client requirements. He/she also will be responsible for conducting overseas market research and create new customer portfolio. 

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering or BA  (Master’s degree preferred),

·         Minimum 3 years of international sales experience preferably in electronic or security sectors,

·         Proficient in English speaking and writing.

·         Fluency in one or two of following languages will be asset: French, Arabic

·         Strong analytical and organizational skills,

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Customer and target oriented work discipline with a strong persuasive personality,

·         Team player and able to develop his/her network,

·         High energy, self-directed individual,

·         Advanced MS office,

·         No obstacles for travelling,

·         Preferably no military obligation for male candidates, 

·         Valid driver’s license,

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Communicating and negotiating with customers

·         Accomplish sales and marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans,

·         Executing business plans and ensure sales and growth targets are delivered, 

·         Evaluating existing potential by different analysis and taking actions to improve the sales, 

·         Exploring new opportunities by researching and analyzing new markets and developing business plans accordingly,

·         Managing customer relations and strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities,

·         Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

·         Plan, organize and assist in trade shows to present collection to customers

·         Tracking and supervising all the process of orders on all stages, from production till shipment
