JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Due to directive from Sales Manager, coordinating the export sales team

Preparing and following all the related documents for importation and exportation, including contracts and custom documents

Managing all the transactions related to logistic and delivery about taking the orders and preparing the orders

Tracking and coordinating of logistic, custom clearance and import / export operations

Following the communication and correspondence with the customers which are a Geze subsidiary

Providing the information flow between departments and managers

Working in coordination with production planning, finance and purchasing departments

Following the due dates of the projects and preparing the plans of deliveries

Evaluating the after sales requests, transferring them to related department and following

Statistically reporting as sales to the management

Following the governmental incentives

Preparing te price lists

Checking the CAD drawings which will be sent

Preparing the organisation of increasing the sales and tracking the opportunities

Coordinating of following the invoices and customer payments

Keeping the related documents updated in the server

Preparing the coordination to reach to solution of technical problems that may occur

Following the procedures of quality and certification and making the necessary meeting

Preparing and implementation of conceptual and strategical goals for the business line export business

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: university degree

Professional expierence: > 5 years

High ability to implement quickly

High interpersonal compentency

High self-management

High leadership competency

GEZE product skills: middle – high (especially concerning (automatic) door technologies)

Very good in MS Office

Very good in quality management systems

Good in project management

Profound knowledge regarding norms and guidelines

Very good English skills (written and spoken)

Not having restrictions about travel

Completed military service for male candidates
