Ecoplas is producing interior and exterior parts using different process such as plastic injection, painting and Assembly operations. We have 2 Factories in Gebze and Sakarya Industrial Zones, producing parts for Toyota, Fiat, Honda, Magna and other customers. We have around 700 employees in both plants. Our Head Office (with R&D, acounting, finance, HR,.. functions) is located in Gebze. Ecoplas R&D Center in Gebze working on new commodities for Electrial Vehicles.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Electronic Engineer to work on Battery Management System (BSM) hardware

What You will do

· Development of complex and innovative automotive electronics hardware with serial production intent

· Clean sheet designs including hardware architecture, simulation, analysis, schematic design, PCB layout and tolerance simulation

· Documentation and release of all design related work

· Component sourcing and interfacing to component suppliers

· Prototyping (incl. PCB, electronics test software development etc.) and testing of developed systems

· Supporting end of line test system development

· Lead the integration of hardware and software by working closely with software engineer in the team

· Support industrialization including working with suppliers and production partners

Minimum Qualifications

· Automotive Electronics awareness

· Microprocessor/microcontroller-based embedded system design

· Mixed signal system design

· Strong analog design capability

· SPICE simulation and relevant tools (e.g. LT Spice)

· HW Architecture, Schematic & PCB Layout Design

· Experience of at least one full design lifecycle (from initial design to validation and release for production, post production feedback from the field)

Knowledge of the following topics is very helpful; with deep expertise in some a key advantage

· Automotive communication networks (CAN, LIN etc.)

· Automotive grade components

· Automotive design rules and best practices

· Awareness of high voltage design (creepage, clearance, PCB layout best practices etc.)

· ISO 26262 compliant electronic hardware development process

· Awareness of automotive standards including EMI/EMC, environmental, electrical safety etc.

· FMEA and/or FTA support from electronic hardware perspective

· Experience with board bring-up and testing

· C and/or C++ programming
