What You Will Do:

• Ensure effective S&OP process with leading;

      -Product Portfolio meetings and product Phase-in Phase-out transitions

      -Demand reviews

      -Supply reviews

      -E&O and inventory reviews

• Lead all Short and Long-term supply planning activities and decisions to maximize service levels while reducing inventories and end to end SC costs
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams for Portfolio Rationalization
• Must be able to prepare ad-hoc reports for deep dive analysis
• Managing the inventory of finished goods and ensuring the availability of locally produced and imported products at the right time and at the right place with the right quantity.
• Improve planning systems, infrastructure, tools and methods
• Monitoring SC KPI’s, leading gap analysis with proper root causing, and action planning with proper PDCA cycle

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Fluency in English
• New graduate or experienced
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
• Highly motivated and able to work proactively in ever-changing environment
• Supply & demand planning systems knowledge preferable (JDA, iSCALA etc)
• Strong business acumen, opportunity seeker 
• Effective collaboration, communication, winning appetite, “can do” attitude with internal motivation and initiative taking
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving in connection to continuous improvement mindset
• Effective time management and commitment on business-critical timelines
