QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, Master Degree in Human Resources is plus
• Good understanding of how to improve business results through people development and organizational change
• Minimum 10 years experience in payroll process & HR in international companies and with matrix organizations
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English
• Excellent MS Office skills and ERP Systems
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Strong communication and social skills, ability to persuade and influence on all levels of the organization
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail and result oriented
• Team player
• Experienced on reporting and analysis
• Analytical thinker, result oriented, team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead a team of HR and admin professionals to support the business on all HR and admin related matters in the region
• Partner with, support and challenge managers in the application of HR policies, practices and processessuch as talent & performance management, recruitment, organizational design and employment relations
• Work closely with the central HR functions in the headquarters to roll out initiatives and projects in Turkey
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all payroll services for expatriate and regional staff at all levels
• Prepare and submit required official letters to the related government institutions
• Preparing periodic reports about Labour Law and SGK, deliver to related parties
• Maintain data quality to ensure accurate reporting and acceptable service standards for all reports and other HR issues.
• Executing all administration processes & budget. (3rd party operations).
