QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an‘’Quality Assurance Manager” to be in Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Managing and developing the Quality/Food Safety management systems of 5 factories
- Planning the department's work in order to carry out physical, chemical and microbial laboratory analyzes of all kinds of inputs and products within the framework of legal regulations and to conduct new product and packaging trials effectively
- Leading the team to establish quality management systems, prepare documents and ensure the continuity of their implementation.
- Monitoring and controlling the documantation system
- Carrying out Quality Risk Assesment studies,
- Improving existing products, developing new product/packaging materials, following new product feasibility studies,
- Examining alternative raw materials/packaging materials and following the domestic and foreign market literature,
- Following up consumer and customer complaints , and leading to work on reduce amount of consumer complaints.
- Following the food legislation and to guide the employees in this direction by planning the legal processes.
- Monitoring and reporting product performance in the field
- Creating product/raw material specifications and sharing them with relevant departments.
- Monitoring and controlling internal audit processes
- Ensuring the work coordination of the affiliated personnel
- Ensuring that all departments work inline with the principles of the quality assurance system.
- Following the monthly, weekly and daily KPIs of the 5 factories, leading the reporting in the right way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or relevant engineering departments
- Minimum 7 years of experience in water or food industry, food safety , quality improvement and governance management
- Experience in projects management
- Experience and practical knowledge in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the quality and food safety policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practicesy and food safety policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good team player, structural thinking and professional approach towards stakeholders and factory teams
- Good command of MS Office application and knowledge of SAPNo restriction to travel,
