Compliance Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Compliance Associate” to be in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Following up Personal Data Protection Law, Competition Law and other legal regulations, informing relavant units in line with  systemic changes, reporting and ensuring that the necessary systematic improvements are made.
• Reviewing  the processes to contribute to the production of solutions, sharing the prepared reports with the responsible process owners and making periodic follow-ups about the agreed action plans until the closing.
• Establishing and defining policies, procedures and controls that will enable the organization to prevent, detect and manage Compliance violations
• Contributing the  audit avtivities in accordance with the approved audit plan,
• Contributing to the preparation of audit and other necessary reports regarding audit results,

Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in business administration or other related fields,
• Minimum 2-3 years Risk assessment, Audit or Compliance  experience,
• Exceptional communication skills,
• Fluency in English,
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and result oriented,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP
