We are looking for an " Accounting Specialist " for a company in the medical device sector that we are consulting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Company's accounting transactions are subject to the relevant legislation and company procedures,
• Preparation of purchase and sale invoices in the accounting system,
  
• Making records and ensuring their controls,
  
• Tracking expense forms and accounting records,
  
• Procurement, expenditure, expenses, and advances related procedures to check and manage budget compliance,
• Performing Current Account and BA BS Agreements,
  
• Follow-up of collections, preparation of supplier payment tables,
  
• Execution of e-invoice and e-ledger processes,
  
• To follow up checks and promissory notes collections
  
• Tracking and reconciliation of bank transactions
  
• Overseas inventory and sales reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, and so on. graduates of departments,
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting,
  
• Knowledge in IFRS accounting standards,
• Advanced level of English (written and oral),
• General accounting procedures and legislation knowledgeable,
  
• Good use of MS Office programs,
  
• Can use ERP package programs (preferably Navision, Link),
  
• Experienced in e-invoice,
• Strong follow-up, result-oriented, analytical have the ability of thinking, problem-solving,
  
• Successful in human relations and strong communication,
  
• Business discipline, responsible,
  
• Open to development and prone to teamwork,
  
• Stock accounting experience,
  
• Preferably experience in ERP implementation process (or IT information)
  
• Reporting experience (international),
