SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As Dev Project Marketing Company, we are looking for qualified Team Members who can work in a harmony in our sales offices inside our international team.

Responsibilities

• Managing real estate agent relations and following up all issues (pre-sales, sales and after-sales) about the process systematically 
• Focus on and understanding customers’ needs to explain market conditions, and provide projects and prices that are appropriate for them
• Deliver excellent customer services by following up with customers inquiries via email, phone, instant messaging or online chat
• Achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries and leads
• Reporting ability all daily activities to the sales manager

Qualifications

• Experienced in the field of real estate sales and marketing to foreigners at least one year
• Confident in marketing
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic-Farsi-Russian
• Being able to speak Turkish is preferred.
  
• Good at communication skills both with agents and clients
• Can be adaptable to flexible working hours
• Compatible with team working
• Must be presentable
