• Minimum Computer, Engineering, Mathematical science degree,
• Demonstrable ability to pick up new ideas and technologies and implement them,
• A proven track record of successful project management, including running a technical development team,
• Able to work within and manage a team, especially as needed to meet challenging deadlines,
• Work effectively under pressure,
• Ability to motivate and develop staff,
• Good communication skills,
• Be able to use initiative and act independently,
• Excellent organizational skills; Knowledge of TCP / IP networking fundamentals,
• Good working knowledge Windows & Linux Server Operating Systems,
• Knowledge of physical disks and SAN configuration,
• 24/7 tracking and support for business critical systems,
• Experience in the Port and Terminal industry is a plus,
• Experience with Oracle and MSSQL server management,
• Experience of storage and backup series and infrastructure,
• Experience with DLP, NAC, Security, DR & BCP,
• Minimum two of following certifications; CCNP, RHCE, CISSP, CEH, VCP,
• Leadership skills providing guidance to network providers,
• Strong problem diagnosis / troubleshooting skills,
• Familiar with ITIL practices, COBIT, ISO 27001,
• Experience with common enterprise LAN components like VMware, High Availability, VMware, SAN, VLAN, disaster recovery tools and procedures, monitoring tools, performance management tools,
• System, Network & Security Administration hands on experience is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide an integrated terminal system solution to meet the business needs including:
• Analysis, design, implement, test and maintain System, Network & Security infrastructure,
• Ensure System, Network & Security design meets the performance requirements,
• Take the responsibility with the QA/Testing function in Testing, Integration, Commissioning and Optimisation,
• Manage and mitigate System and networking risks,
• Manage and provide leadership towards internal and external parties,
• Manage service level agreements with support providers,
• Awareness and dedication for ISO 27001,
• To provide training for ISO 27001 awareness.
