JOB DESCRIPTION

Financial Analyst reporting to the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for: 

• Supporting the financial aspect of the annual budget and rolling forecasts;
• Preparing the financial statements of the company in accordance with IFRS standards;
• Preparing variance analysis by comparing the budget and actual;
• Preparing the group reports and submitting them to the Country / Region / Head Office management teams;
• Following up the business performance by preparing management reports;
• Controlling the monthly accounting closing process, identify and propose adjustments, if necessary;

 QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Management Engineering from top-tier universities,
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in “Big 4” audit or multinational companies,
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, PA or equivalent like local SMMM) will be considered an asset,
• Good IFRS and financial reporting knowledge
• Good knowledge of local GAAP and taxation,
• Be highly analytical, detail oriented and problem solver together with exceptional critical thinking skills,
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills,
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Speak and write fluent English
• Willing to work in Kocaeli
