 DowAksa is offering the role of Production Engineer ; 

•  Preferably BSc degree in Textile, Mechanical 
•  At least 2 years working experience especially in textile production and process, (technical fabrics woven production, warp knittiing technology, multiaxial,technology is preferred) 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, analytical mind set from problem definition to problem solving 
•  Proficiency in written and spoken English, 
• Good knowledge MS Office applications, 
•  Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad, 
•  Living or willing to live in Yalova or nearby such as Karamürsel, Gölcük,
  
•  No military obligation for male candidates, 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Managing daily operation of the downstream(fabric, prepreg, woven) production line, 
• Planning and organizing the downstream(fabric, prepreg, woven) production processes and schedules, 
• Following productivity, capacity utilization, profitability and performance indicators, 
• Taking actions for cost reduction, expense reduction and increase profitability, 
• Check and evaluate the function and technical design of machines and systems, 
• Supervise production employees in the manufacturing of the downstream (fabric, prepreg, woven) 
• Directing the performance of team members, following their management skills and to direct their career development, 
• Maintain safe work environment in responsible process and employees.
