QUALIFICATIONS :

As Dönmez Debriyaj, a long-established international automotive supplier which operates in Çiğli Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, we are looking for“Accounting Specialist” for our growing organization. 

As an ideal candidate, you should possess the below qualifications : 

• Degree from reputable university in a relevant field (preferably in Business Economics / Finance / Accounting)
• Netsis knowledge is preferable,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting field,
• Experience in Production company
• Preferable CPA /SMM Licence (Certified Public Accountant)
• Knowledge about Fiscal and Legal Competencies like on Tax Procedural Code, Turkish Commercial Law, VAT Law, Corporate Tax Law, Stamp Tax Law etc.
• Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts and Turkish Accounting Standarts
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Result oriented and capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Good communication skills and team working ability is essential
• No millitary obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• The accounting specialist will provide accounting support to major financial accounting fields including accounting payables, receivables, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation. He/she will be responsible from the following duties:
• Maintaining complete and accurate records as per Turkish Accounting Standards and Turkish Tax Procedural Code, to assist for routine accounting duties including ledgers, journal entries, invoice receipts, inventory records and information related suppliers, customers.
• Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly and annual activities including generating financial reports, preparing tax reports, assisting with audits, resolving discrepancies.
• Tracking, checking, filing invoices and waybills
• Tracking the process of Inward Processing Approval Certificate
• To maintain regular reports and files on asset and liability account balances via the company’s accounting system according to the legal requirements,
• In case of need communicating with clients, to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies,
• Prepare ad hoc reports
