• Knowledge of information security principles, including, cyber security, data privacy, threat and vulnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, risk assessment/management, cloud security concepts and standards compliance (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, COBIT, GDPR, KVKK requirements)
• Advanced level knowledge and experience on operating systems (Linux/Windows)
• Strong background in Firewall Administration, IPS/IDS Administration, VPN Administration, Multi-Factor Authentication, Threat Management, SIEM and Vulnerability/ Penetration Testing
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and associated network protocols and concepts
• Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining security procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective security incident and problem resolution
• Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, provide a superior customer/client experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with others in the company who are in both a technical and non-technical role
• Excellent analytical, planning and organization/time management skills 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Relevant educational background such as an engineering degree from a leading university
• Good command of English
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)

• Owner of Group IT Security Management, including; Data Centers, Office Locations, Stores, Network, Systems, Software and Applications,
• Responsible for oversight and consultancy regarding Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Privacy and actions required by laws and regulations, (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, COBIT, GDPR, KVKK)
• Defines and executes IT Security Management projects, processes, standards and security awareness,
• Develop, maintain and execute a proactive Information Security strategy that evolves with the business needs,
• Designing Enterprise IT Security architecture for company,
• Create, and maintain written security and data privacy, data protection and encryption, security assessment, incident response documentation and procedures,
• Proactively monitor security systems and provide system enhancement considerations to management,
• Continuous Security monitoring, vulnerability and penetration testing and compliance monitoring activities,
• Performs vendor, software and application security assessments,
• Review and analyze security alerts and vulnerabilities from vendors and other security sources,
