• Bachelor ‘s Degree from a reputable university in Faculty of Social Sciences or Science and Letters,
  
• Minimum 4 year of experience at a similar position,
  
• Preferable Experience in Python,
  
• Experience at work follow-up through platforms like Jira, Confluence,
  
• Well-informed at AWS, Azure, Google Cloud systems,
  
• Ability to collect data through Google Analytics,
  
• Capable of using MSSQL, SQLServer, PLSQL, ElasticSearch,
  
• Well-informed at RESTAPI, SOAP,
  
• Ability to use applications such as SOAPUI, Postman, Swagger for API control,
  
• Well-informed about SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernates Hadoop, ELK,
  
• Preferably Experience in Microsoft Dynamics,
  
• Strong knowledge and experience at Scrum Methodology, solid believer of teamwork,
  
• Capable of taking the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner,
  
• Preferably, ability and will to work with Gauge Language,
  
• Well-informed about UX process and methodologies,
  
• Capable of analytic thinking and problem solving,
  
• No military obligations for male candidates (or at least 2 years of exemption),
  
• Open and willing to self-improvement and learning new subjects,
  
• Preferably Experience in Big Data,
  
• Good command of English,
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out ROI/COST analysis for the decided software and applications required for all projects after the conducted interviews and submitting these analyses for approval,
  
• Developing data collection programs and campaign scenarios, undertaking detailed analysis and providing insights on a wide range of data sets on customers and consumer behaviour, loyalty programs and activities, trends, products and product categories,
  
• Forming, organizing project teams and time planning and documentation for approved projects,
  
• Reporting project process and status periodically,
  
• Completing software tests that are in the project scope before live release,
  
• Arranging user documentation for prepared software that are in the project scope,
  
• Preparing and delivering the information about necessary hardware and system that software and applications work on to related unit,
  
• Overseeing the coordination and reporting process for end user requirement analysis
  
• Performing usability and user accepted tests during Product development process,
  
• Creating and reporting competitor analysis,
  
• Carrying out UX studies for tracking and improvement of KPI for existing digital product/features,
  
• Coordination of team-business unit,
  
• Executing processes on Microsoft Dynamics, providing change analysis due to the scope of business needs.
  
• Managing budget for agencies and partner firms,
  
• Management of release process.
