Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Export Operation Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;

Your Role

• Making shipment organization based on customer’s orders,
• Preparing export documents,
• Follow up export process with customs broker and internal departments (logistics, customer service, quality),
• Follow up shipments with transport companies,
• Sending original shipment documents to customers,
• Keep system up to date,
• Execute handling all related banking  process of export,
• Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding to finance department.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field, 
• Min. 3 years experience on export operations (Food&beverage market experience is preferred), 
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Good team player, strong communication skills, 
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, 
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility, 
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Living in Istanbul(Asya).
