Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Account Manager" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications;

Your Role

  • Grow our market share in "Ingredient Sales" and execute local & regional sales strategy.
  • Handle customers in the ingredient industry (e.g. Flavour-, Colour- & Beverage-, Food).
  • Realize account development within customer base in the Turkey market.
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of our product & service portfolio.
  • Develop tailored marketing concepts and actively contribute to an excellence customer experience.
  • Plan assortment of products, prices and conditions.
  • Coordinate customer and innovation projects and track smart process execution in cooperation with other departments.
  • Active customer service and relationship management.
  • Analyze competitor activities and define appropriate approach.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food & Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the Ingredient Industry.
  • Good knowledge of the B2B ingredient market and suppliers.
  • Product knowledge about some of the major ingredients for food and beverage (e.g. flavours, colours, extracts, juices etc.).
  • Dynamic business attitude and high level of customer Focus.
  • Teamwork abilities, organized, target oriented, good relationship abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Fluent in English, able to work with multinational team members.
  • Good team player, strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with innovative point of view.
  • Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
  • No obstacle to travel.
