Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of safety and quality management practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
