Export & Import Operations Executive

 About the Job:

 -Providing all necessary documents for export & import operations and making sure that the documents are accurate

-Coordinating shipments from factory and free zone, resolving problems impacting shipments

-Maintaining regular communication with customs broker to ensure compliance to all customs law and regulations

-Maintaining regular communication with forwarders and ship-line agents and collecting best offers related

-Assisting export & import sales team for all foreign trade operational needs

-Graduated from Business Administration, Economics or International Trade and Logistics department of universities

-Preferably experienced in export operations or logistics field

-Fluent in English

-Experience working with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook

-Knowledge and understanding of import/export operations

-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

-Interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both, verbally and in writing

-Ability to work with various levels of personnel, possessing conflict management, stress management, and customer service skills

-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

-Critical-thinking and organizational skills

-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced multi-tasking work environment

-Ability to meet changing conditions, new situations, method, and procedures
