Job Description:

• Responding to and resolving technical support inquiries from customers.
• Assisting with product installations and troubleshooting processes.
• Collecting and reporting customer feedback.
• Contributing to operational improvements to enhance after sales processes.
• Providing effective communication to strengthen customer relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical background or relevant diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Capacity to manage effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in English is preferred
