QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Director who will be a part of the Management Team and help us to create upcoming years sales and strategy and execution. 

What we are looking for;

  • outstanding leadership and management skills

  • track record of performance in leading a high performing sales team

  • good understanding of technology

  • good with numbers 

  • experience in saas products

  • strong organizational skills

  • fluency in English

  • no restrictions for traveling You  will;

  • Design, execute and monitor sales strategy (Develop and manage sales budget)

  • Follow up sales KPIs

  • Develop and implement, together with the Sales and Marketing department, different marketing & sales projects

  • Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments

  • Lead ambitious field and telesales teams

  • Train and empower sales reps and help them to reach better results
