• Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics departments of reputable universities 
• Master’s Degree in Marketing Management or related fields is an asset.
• Marketing management experience in a multinational company is an asset
• Preferably 4+ years of marketing experience in a multinational company
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced in MS-Office applications
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

We are now looking for a "Regional Commercialization Lead" to be a member of our Middle East & Africa Regional Marketing Team based in Istanbul Office. This role is responsible for managing products’ lifecycle (from concept to post launch/end of life) by working in the design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes and enabling technology, driving best in class implementation in the marketing organization and within other functional areas.

• Coordinates the efforts to commercialize the products based on agreed New Product Requests of the Region
• Works in coordination with Marketing Teams in the effective and successful delivery of projects that enable the global portfolio strategy and plan
• Supports best practice transfer
• Executes portfolio lifecycle process from refinement thru launch stages (including the process of decommercialization)
• Identifies areas for improvement and on boards team members on required changes
• Collaborates with Portfolio leadership/team members to manage the transition process
• Collaborates with cross functional team members (Legal, Finance, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to enable speed to market. Identifies and removes roadblocks
