Qualifications

• Engineering backround (preferably Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer)      
• Min. 3 years experience in purchasing in automotive industry 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs 
• Strong time-management, organizational, negotiation, presentation skills          
• Confident communication (written or spoken ) skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations 
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across organisations, time zones, analytic skills, functions and upper management 
• Ability to prioritise tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines required
• Commitment and engagement 
• Domonstrate openness to changge , flexibility , and adaptability    
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability         
• Collecting and gathering data on potential suppliers and carriers   
• Desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced , dedline-oriented enviroment
• Have no travel restriction 

Job Description

• Handling all commercial relations with suppliers          
• Releasing RFQ packages and collecting offers, gathering data on potential suppliers    
• Managing contract and price negotiations process with related parties     
• Searching and making relations for alternative suppliers        
• Leading sourcing for new projects       
• Basic/more  understanding on metal, stamping, wire, tube  purchasing 
• Experience on stamping tools and processes         
• Meet or exceed individual goals related to tooling and capex including; cost savings, economics, supplier development, and other agreed objectives      
• Material economics, Macro economics calculations and negotiations          
• Negotiation proficiency with both internal and external customers
