Job Description

• JIT-Metal-Trim foreign supplier issues,
• 8D Request and follow up for issues,
• ECR-ECO Tracking for foreign and local suppliers,
• F&F Trials for Metal and Trim department,
• Sorting activities approval,
• Internal claims following and feedback,
• Tracing SMRR List Up dated,
• Tracing plant supplier PPAP activities,
• Report regularly supplier performance and correlated chart,
• Manage new part trials with project team (Fit&Function),
• Manage sorting activities, chargeback approvals,
• Train the suppliers and make sure standarts are properly applied,

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred),
• At least 3 years work experience Quality Assurance in the automotive field, preferably in Suppliers Quality,
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP requirements, APQP- MSA-SPC-FMEA,
• Good knowledge of problem solving tools (8-D, Ishikawa, 5Why),
• Good knowledge of production technologies (plastic injection , sheet metal press, small parts etc.),
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skill in English,
• Excellent command of MS Office Applications,
• Superior presentation and interpersonal communications skills,
• Team work oriented, customer, quality, production focused,
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization, 
• Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions,
• Active driver,
• No obstacle for travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
