Automation Maintenance Engineer

The Automation Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our automated systems. This role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for automation technology.

Main Responsibilities

1. To ensure that the production lines and auxiliary facilities for which he/she is responsible are in working order to ensure the effective realisation of the determined production programme,

2. In order to ensure the continuity of production activities, to intervene in all machines for which he / she is responsible in order to ensure the continuity of production activities, to eliminate malfunctions and to provide maintenance,

3. Siemens Tia Portal programming experience is must, Simatic Manager&Omron Cx programmer is prefable.

4. To produce projects to increase quality and efficiency in production lines,

5. PLC software design (especially Siemens & Omron)

6. To manage processes such as programming and commissioning in the field,

7. To provide technical support in the field about products and applications when necessary,

8. To provide / have provided working conditions in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation, statutes and regulations,

9. To use the necessary protective materials for the safe performance of the work, to carry out periodic controls and field inspections,

Qualifications

1.Graduated from  Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering etc. departments of universities,

2. At least 3 years of experience in the field

3. Have basic mechanical and pneumatic knowledge,

4. Completed military service for male candidates,

5. Analytical thinking skills and advanced project management reflexes,

6. Improved ability to analyse risk,

7. Has the discipline of timing and planning

8. Open to continuous development, suitable for teamwork,9. Will be able to work flexible working hours,

10. Strong human relations and communication skills,

11.Min. intermediate level of english
