We are now looking for an e-Commerce Specialist!

Skills/Job Requirements:

• University degree in related fields,
• Outstanding analytical skills and mindset, strong desire for interpreting test results & drawing conclusions,
• Advance level of English is a must,
• Min. 1-3 years of e-retail and/or marketplace experience,
• Has knowledge in e-Commerce project development&management,
• Understands e-commerce operations processes, e-commerce marketing metrics, and best practices,

Key responsibilities:

• End to end operations ownership of Vitaminler.com platform, (web and app)
• Drive new traffic to web and app platforms and increase conversion rates at vitaminler.com by analyzing current data and market trends, providing suggestions to management,
• Track availability and selection in comparison to competition on vitaminler.com and support coordination with category and buying departments when needed,
• Work closely with marketing regarding all content, social media activities, partnerships, digital marketing, campaigns etc.
• Work cooperatively with CRM for better segmentation, customer journey and experience,
• Preparation and analyzing Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports,
• Following up E-commerce sales, stock levels, integrations, payment process etc.
• Monitor changes in e-commerce metrics by using analytics tools
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail,
• Work closely with different teams (product management, marketing, content) to provide better customer experience that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms,
