Network Capacity & Routing Analyst

Job Description:  

* Plan and forecast volumes

* Analysing volume flows, shipment routings, country operations effectiveness.

* Develop, maintain & manage bagging and routing data in Routing guide

* Issue effective instructions (network routing updates) on container and bagging split requirements, including proactive follow up and reporting on compliance to instructions on a weekly basis.

* Communication and coordination of Flight Schedule changes with EU Slots & Scheduling

* Approve and monitor Heavy weight & Oversized shipment through the Network

* Assist in contingency operations planning and implementation in response to abnormal events (e.g. strikes, weather etc.) affecting standard network operations.

* Plan holiday contingency schedule and all necessary routing changes and ensure communicated in timely manner

* Analyse areas of capacity shortage and report on options for relief or develop capacity agreements

Qualifications:

* University degree preferably in related fields such as Engineering, Statistics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, etc.

* Excellent command of English; both in written and verbal

* Minimum 2 years work experience in related field

* Excellent communication skills

* Good at establishing working relationships and developing personal contacts

* Strong personal influencing and consultative skills

* Good analytical and commercial awareness

* Self motivated with good judgment and decision making qualities

* Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments

* Good at creating and managing contingency plans
