Solution Design Manager

•   Bachelor’s degree in/focus onsupplychainmanagement or engineering
•   Experience in the international business environment
•   Advanced level of English
•   Must be conversant and have experience in warehousing, transportation and broader supply chain topics to develop operationally feasible solutions

Job Description:

•   Coordination with MLEMEA Regional Solution Design Community as Single Point of Contact for Turkey
•   Designing appropriate warehousingsolutions to support the business development teams in the pursuit of new business
•   RFQ Preperation, Process Design, Warehouse Lay-Out Planning, Defining the operational requirements & costing
•  Size operational requirements through the use of appropriate modelling tools 
•  Undertake data analysis to identify key operational characteristics of new and existing operations
•  Scope the analysis/modelling required to formulate accurate, detailed solutions including costs
•  Perform validation/"sense checking" of all results before they are release; work with other Solutions Engineers and other Solutions Design team colleagues+ Operation Ownersas appropriate to achieve this
•  Participate in client meetings and presentations as appropriate to present the solution
•  Maintain and share project documents for team use.
•  Create content for O2D BCA Processes
•  Supporting the country operations teams in the implementation of new business
