 Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related field 

·       Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting required

·       Headhunter experience is a plus

·       Preferably experienced in Assessment Center, Personality Inventory tools,

·       Excellent command of English both written and spoken,

·       Familiarity with HR trends and processes,

·       Effective communication, presentation and reporting skills,

·       Willing to work on warehouse,

·       Able to work within a team environment.

Job Description

·       Manage the full end to end recruitment cycle of related accounts

·       Implementing general ability and personality tests, making a competency-based interview with candidates

·       Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates

·       Publishing of job posting in job boards, social media platforms and headhunting for the positions that are critical and needs to be done fast

·       Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions

·       Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs

·       Managing the recruitment database

·       Preparing recruitment reports and presentations

·       Manage the best candidate experience based on recruitment strategies
