QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Biology, Medical Biology Genetics,
- Minimum 2 years experience in life sciences and healthcare,
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP/GDP, HACCP or ISO 22000 GGYS,
- Following GMP/GDP guidelines and manage quality systems of the LSHC site,
- Focusing on needs of customers, driving the team to meet service levels,
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English,
- Strong communication skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Preferably residing near to Esenyurt area,
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assuring that quality KPIs are followed by all employees and department
- Managing SOPs and ensuring that current policy and procedures are followed among the site
- Preparing quarterly/monthly business review presentations and lead customer meetings
- Assuring that no critical observation points are received from global and local inspections
- Managing and following Ministry of Health regulations, cGMP/GDP compliance acitivities
- Working as a back-up of Responsible Pharmacist
- Following all quality topics as Deviations, Customer Complaints, Corrective/PreventiveActions, Change Management
- Providing trainings to employees
- Attending audits and perform self-inspections
- Assuring that Good Documentation Practices are followed among the site
- Act as the primary back-up for Validation Specialist

2 - 4 years of experience
