Qualifications

• At least long term internship experience in material planning processes in automotive industry,
• Experience in automotive industry is an asset,
• Having knowledge on logistics processes is a plus,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Good command of Microsoft Excel,
• Strong organization and planning skills,
• Willing to work cooperatively as a team member,
• Demonstrate the ability to find solutions to problems,
• Willing to work in non-traditional shift pattern which is include nights and weekends.

Job Description

• Following system up daily accordingly part critically (with shift work)
• Making basic material and logistics analysis, deciding mode of transport take into consideration pipeline and cost optimizing
• Making basic risk and root cause analysis for all supply chain process
• Providing the parts to production lines in time without any production loss,(with shift work)
• To support the operation of processes such as logistics procedures and documents,(with shift work)
• Examining stock movements and solving possible problems,
• Tracking and support of premium shipments(with shift work)
• Contacting suppliers, carriers, warehouses and other related departments daily via e-mail and phone to agree shipment details,
• Managing material flow during contingency or disaster periods, creating alternative flow plans to feed production according to JIT principles,
• Making risk and root cause analysis for all supply chain processes and establishing of precautions and emergency plans,(with shift work)
• Supporting daily, weekly and monthly reports.(with shift work)
