Genel Nitelikler:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in supply chain / logistics or other fast-paced sectors
  • Gaining new customers for DHL by analyzing the potentials of the sectors
  • Being responsible for and preparing a business plan and/or creating additional new businesses for DHL by seizing new business opportunities apart from the present business relationship of DHL with the customer,
  • Minimally basic but preferrably good understanding of complex logistics operations and processes, ideally in one or more DHL core sectors
  • Deep understanding of business principles and language, including thorough working knowledge of finance and profitability
  • Ability to work and manage a team independently in a complex environment, set the right priorities and motivate self and others
  • Advanced level in both written and spoken English
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  • Determination of the target customers
  • Creation of new business environments with the target customers
  • Preparation of Business Case Assessment documentations and taking the approvals for them 
  • Managing the development and maintaining the continuity in the sector
  • Coordinating the relevant units of DHL for potential businesses. 
  • Preparation of the contracts with the customers, with whom an agreement on the new business is reached
  • Providing the market research and information on the basis of managed customers, rivals and sector.
  • Creating and coordinating responses/offers for customers
  • Developing cost&pricing in the new business
  • Building and coordinating a work group for new businesses. 
  • Performing effective and commercially consistent negotiations within the framework of new contracts
  • Preparing presentations that will add 'value' to the customers and presenting these
  • Converting the attention of the customers into new businesses for DHL
  • Ensuring the quality of the documents delivered to the customers
  • Offering the customers the individual and DHL's supply chain experience
  • Determining the needs of the customers and business model
  • Preparing value generating innovative solutions
  • Making consistent and effective commercial agreements
  • Building long term relationships with the customers
  • Building reliable and honest relationships with the customers
  • Developing the relationship with the DHL employees to be worked with
  • Creating 'acquisition' plans for important customers
  • Creating joint business opportunities with DGF, Express, and DP
  • Determination of sector targets and strategies
  • Creating vision regarding the new business opportunities by affecting DHL Organization
  • Directing the customer to the right solution
