QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
- Having minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
- Experience working within Transport operations is essential for this role
- Experience is needed to collaborate with operations managers across all levels within the country
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description:
- Leading OMS FC Transport implementations within Transport business
- Coaching Transport and Site leadership teams on OMS FC elements and principles on the job
- Ensuring targets are properly set for objectives & KPIs - support the maintenance
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of performance management and job standardization
- Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement / Lean transformation programs within Transport business
- Report the Financial Benefits of OMS FC Transport implementation
- Track and manage OMS culture dashboard, providing visibility to Transport teams and site leaders
