QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in Warehouse operations,
- Knowledge of supply chain and planning parameters,
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work with diverse groups across the whole supply chain,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Self-motivated and pro-active,
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity WMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Male candidates should have completed their military service.

- Financial Accountability - Experience in the development of operational budgets, Understands and measures the key cost drivers. Understands the mechanism for revenue generation
- Key performance indicator development - Experience in measuring operational performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- People Management - delivery of the People Management agenda, ensure that people processes are applied fairly and consistently
- Preventative maintenance routines - understand the business and customers need for quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
