We are looking for a new team member to join our Office in Maslak (**hybrid work) as a Recruitment Consultant or Jr Recruitment Specialist with the following qualifications; 

JOB DESCRIPTION;

Position requires execution of full cycle recruitment process with highly involvement, communication skills and personal motivation. During the process Recruitment Consultant is required to;

• Screen candidates resumes via different channels to keep talent pool constantly updated,

• Conduct competency based interviews using various reliable selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule,

• Screen job applications from potential customers related to our service range,  

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate-client relationships during the selection process,

• Provide timely information for candidates and managers at all stages of the recruitment process,

• Prepare and post job applications to the portals,

• Track and report weekly on recruitment metrics.

IDEAL CANDIDATES;

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BS),

• Self – driven personality with a highly positive attitude and energy,

• Excellent ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team and customers,

• Recruitment consultancy experience or textile industry experience is a plus,

• Excellent skills in time management and efficency,

• Service oriented and results driven with analytical skills,

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic work-environment and under pressure,

• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of the English language in oral and written forms,

• High ability to use and/or operate MS Offices applications related to position,

• Know how and experience on competency based interviewing techniques would be an asset.
