Job Description:

• Drive financial excellence by providing accurate and timely financial information, optimizing resources, conducting reviews for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Planning and budgeting of expenses for the production facility.
• Planning the cash flow budget of the production facility.
• Monitoring the cash flow & P&L budget.
• Monitoring the compilation of daily payment registries.
• Drawing up financial and accounting reports.
• Manage relations with banks & financial institutions, attracting credit resources.
• Develop & implement internal control procedures.
• Coordinating the work of outsourcing companies responsible for accounting, financial, and tax reporting of the Company.
• Preparing management reports for the production facility.
• Supervising the management accounting and calculation of the actual cost of finished products. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in the field of Finance.
• Proven experience working in the production companies.
• Fluent in English, additional knowledge Russian or Ukrainian language will be an advantage.
• Result oriented.
• Effective communication and Decision making. 

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a " Financial Manager" to be assigned to DEZEGA SP.

DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide this very moment.
