DEVA is seeking for an Out-Licensing Specialist;

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Engineering or other related faculties,
• An MBA or any other management master’s degree would be an asset,
• Relevant experience of minimum 2 years in International Sales and Business Development- Out-Licensing areas of pharma industry,
• Excellent command of English, additional foreign language would be an asset,
• Excellent project management and follow-up skills,
• Strong reporting and presentation skills,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation skills,
• Strong time management & multi-tasking skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
• Competent in teamwork,
• Positive thinker with sales & result oriented mindset,
• No restrictions for frequent travelling,
• No military obligation for male candidates .

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for outlicensing activities of company products, outside of Turkey.
• Conducts market research and intelligence in the assigned territories.
• Assists the preparations of monthly,and quarterly activity reports.
• Responsible for generating new clients and potential new business deals
• Good negotiation skills with clients; understanding of financials and pricing.
• Executes contract management and manages the process with Legal Affairs department.
• Attends international business events and client meetings for network while presenting the company & company potentials
• Manages own accounts’ ongoing communications and the licensing projects by actively communicating with other related departments such as R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Legal Affairs and Finance.
