  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Generalist in international companies with matrix organizations
  • Solid communication, interpersonal and organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Assertive, high energy, independent, results-oriented and a strong drive to success

 

Job Description

  • Partner with, support and challenge managers in the application of HR policies, practices and processes such as talent & performance management, recruitment, organizational design and employment relations
  • Work closely with the central HR functions in the headquarters to roll out initiatives and projects in Turkey
  • Proactively source candidate using a variety of channels including Workday, Kariyer.Net etc.
  • Design and deliver learning & development programs
  • Take an active role in talent management and succession processes
  • Maintain data quality to ensure accurate reporting and acceptable service standards for all reports and other HR issues
  • Deliver organizational effectiveness activities across the business to improve people performance
