Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and related fields),
• Excellent command of the English language is an asset,
• 3 to 4 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, or financial audit departments,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, attentive to deadlines, good communication skills, attention to detail,
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in SAP (FI/CO)/BW would be an advantage.

Competencies

• Supporting local Budget and Forecasting processes with attention to deadlines while collaborating with other departments and ensuring data quality and the methodology used follows the Vaillant Group Guidelines,
• Accurate and timely accounting, reporting and controlling processes,
• Taking an active role in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, comparable and reliable financial figures,
• Supporting the annual 5 year business plan process in order to set mid and long term objectives of Region Turkey,
• Providing detailed financial analysis and transparency for decision-making process with preparation and support of management reports and presentations,
• Assisting and conducting market based profitability analysis of all product groups, closely monitoring pricing actions through margin follow-up and support decisions with cost analysis,
• Providing monthly “Accounting topics” to ensure transparency of financials to Group function, and controlling of investment decisions and contribute to capital expenditures (CAPEX) workflow.
